Following the just concluded International Para-powerlifting Championship held in Lagos, Total Oil Nigeria has described the hosting of the tournament a success, and an eye opener which it was part of. Speaking at the occasion, Total E&P Nigeria Limited Director, Corporate Affairs and Services, Mr. Abiodun Afolabi said his contact with the President, Para-powerlifting Federation of Nigeria, Queen Uboh was the turning point for the firm to be part of the sport. The great thing about this competition is that it fits into one of the major axis of Total Oil’s corporate social responsibility. Inclusion means that everybody should get that opportunity to work in the environment that we are to excel in anyway we can. I will like to thank the Para-powerlifting federation for choosing Nigeria and giving us this opportunity to host the competition in this great nation, great city of Lagos.”
